Dear NF2 Captains,

 

Our team is aware of a recent issue affecting some of our users following this past week's patch update. If you are currently experiencing a "Server Undefined" or "Account already logged in" error message, please send us a support ticket with details and our team will assist.

 

Due to the circumstances, we are unable to offer a resolution that will fully resolve the issue for all users. As such, we will assist through support tickets on an individual account basis.
