I can't log onto the game anymore after the 1.230.05 patch. Login screen gives the following error as soon as the client starts:

I tried manually reinstalling the patch files. The word on the street says this is because my country (Finland) has been IP-blocked, is this true? And when can I expect to be able to play again?
