Doing some stat compares and I am heavily in favor of a KM BB buff. Nothing major, but from tier 5-8 they have the worst range by around 200m, which is pretty far when your being outranged. They also seem to have poor reload in some cases (tier 7 is most obvious example with fuso's bigger guns reloading faster).

Just give them a little love, nothing outlandish, maybe another 100m range or a reload buff.

or am I simply trying to compete with the OP US ships?
