what if ss had 1 Ballistic Missle per battle?
need to be in range and surfaced for 30 sec before use
missile to travel slow enough to possibly be shot down w/AA or fighters on it's way to the target
substantial damage
perhaps even area effect

was watching TV, saw the N Koreans launch and thought, why not?  lol
