SDE please have a look at the german sub line.  I understand that most ship lines have issues with progression and regression depending on the line however the German sub line is just the worse.

From what I can tell its the only line where the top tier ship does less damage then the tiers below it.  All other nations SS lines have the highest damage sub at the tier 11.  

Imagine getting your yamato or Iowa and having it do less damage then the tier 6 BB.  Thats exactly what the german sub line is like.
