Since yesterday all the ships keep popping around every 5 seconds or so making the game unplayable and I am not sure what is going on. Every other game I play works fine with steady ping, and I have 50mb dl and 10mb upload speed from speed test(+ - a few of course). I am currently trying to reinstall the game hoping that will fix it, does anyone have suggestions?

This seemed to start after the last update as well, though it did work fine the first day which is odd.
